Silver accreditation for our workforce inclusion

Salford CCG is a member of the Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion (enei). In 2019, we were awarded the silver TIDEmark in recognition of our work towards workforce inclusion.

Race at Work Charter

Salford CCG has signed up to the Race at Work Charter, an initiative designed to improve outcomes for black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) employees in the workplace.

Salford CCG is a Living Wage employer

This means we have committed to pay both our direct employees and any third-party contracted staff at least the voluntary living wage rate of £9.00 an hour.
